Sizing & fit
- How do Nefs abayas run?
- Our pieces are cut to drape generously from the shoulder. We recommend ordering your usual size; if you are between sizes, size down.
- Can I request a custom length?
- Yes. All abayas can be cut to your exact length at no extra cost — please leave a note at checkout or contact the atelier.
Production & dispatch
- How long until my piece ships?
- Each abaya is made to order in our atelier and dispatches in 4–6 weeks. Accessories ship within 5 working days.
- Do you ship worldwide?
- Yes — private worldwide delivery via DHL Express, fully insured.
Returns & care
- Can I return a made-to-order piece?
- Made-to-order pieces are final sale. Ready-to-wear and accessories may be returned within 14 days in original condition.
- How do I care for my abaya?
- Dry clean only, store flat in the supplied muslin bag. Keep away from direct sunlight to preserve the embroidery.
